The building of Hotel Niilanpää is situated about 100 metres from the main building of Fell Centre.

27 double rooms (2 x 80 cm beds), 2  rooms for three persons (2 x 80 cm beds & sofabed) and 5 rooms for four persons (two bunk beds; usually used as twin room). The rooms are fitted with shower/toilet, television and kettle. All the hotel rooms are non smoking. Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms. The hotel building is located in the grounds of the Fell Centre, approximately 80 metres from the main building.

A laundry drying room, as well as ski storage and maintenance room are located in the hotel building. An evening sauna time in the adjacent main building is included in the room rate. The room rate also includes towels and linen made on the bed.
