The terraced house apartments are situated 500 metres from the main building of Fell Centre.

There are four apartments for two persons. The apartments have lounge/bedroom with two beds (2x80cm) as well as a sofa bed. The apartment has a shower/toilet, kitchenette (crockery, electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine) and television.

There are two apartments for four persons. The apartment has two bedrooms (2x80cm bed/room) and a lounge with sofa bed and a 80 cm wide bed. The sofa bed may be used as an extra bed for one. The kitchen has crockery, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge and coffee machine. The apartment has a shower/toilet.

Accommodation rate includes evening sauna in the main building, towels and linen (beds are made by the customer himself). Ski maintenance facility of Hotel Niilanpää is at the disposal of the residents of the terraced apartments. All apartments are non smoking. Pets are permitted in the apartments.
