Rental and Activity Services Employee (Starts Beginning of November)

We are looking to add two full-time and one part-time employees to our team to guide winter adventures at Kiilopää.

We expect you to have:

Enthusiasm and a positive customer service attitude
Experience in activity services related to cycling and skiing

Recommended qualifications:

Outdoor guide training or similar qualifications

Job Description:

Daily operations of the café
Cash handling
Preparation of display case products
Cleaning and maintenance

Employment Duration: From the beginning of December to the end of April

Flexible Hours:

You can influence your work hours, which are in three-week blocks of 90/112.5 hours.

Guide Intern at Kiilopää?

Kiilopää offers continuous internship opportunities for 1-2 trail guide interns (students of outdoor guide or nature instructor programs, or other relevant education). Students in sports or event management fields are also encouraged to inquire about internship or thesis opportunities.

As an intern, you will assist in guiding both domestic and international groups, gain experience in rental services and operations and get involved in Suomen Latu’s volunteer activities. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a variety of activities in a dynamic environment.

The internship is unpaid, but we offer accommodation to our interns. Positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis as suitable candidates are found. The minimum duration of the internship is three weeks.
