Gym
In the main building’s lower floor, there is a well-equipped mini gym available for our guests to use free of charge. Please note that children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult to use the gym. The gym is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. It is also possible to purchase a single visit to the gym from our reception (8 €/visit).

The Gym Equipment
Back bench, barbells weighing 15 kg and 20 kg with weight plates, barbell rack, bench press bench, incline bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, DRX bands + Cross core bands, resistance bands, jump box.
We also arrange guided gym workouts and body maintenance sessions upon request for small groups. For more information, inquire from our head guide at satu.salminen@suomenlatu.fi.
Minimarket and Souvenir Shop
The minimarket is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM at the main building of Suomen Latu Kiilopää. There you can purchase groceries, soft drinks, beer, and various souvenirs ranging from jewelry to children toys.
In addition to groceries and souvenirs, the minimarket also offers outdoor equipment. The main sales of outdoor equipment take place at our rental shop.
Luggage Storage and Showers
Are you going on a hike and would like to leave your belongings waiting for your return or do you need a shower after the hike?
It is possible to leave your bag at the Kiilopää reception waiting for your return from the hike and also have access to a shower.
